With Fitness In Mind (wFIM) brings 15 plus years of experience to its virtual functional training programs. Whether your goal is to regenerate your body, slow the aging process or manage your weight, wFIM will design a program to get you to your goal. wFIM’s approach to exercise is holistic. Each of our programs is comprehensive and will improve our client’s physical, mental, spiritual, and metabolic health.

Meet the Trainer

​​Doretta Joy is a talented, skillful fitness coach and instructor with more than 15 years of experience in promoting fitness and health, in delivering state-of-the-art exercise instruction and offers one-on-one participation using safe and proper techniques. With emphasis on the functional style training, DJoy has extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, exercise science and alternative health concepts earning certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). To stay up with the latest trends is functional training, DJoy regularly attends the Perform Better annual functional training seminars.
Doretta Joy is qualified as a group aerobics instructor (AAAI/ISMA) where she teaches cardio group classes at several large corporate fitness centers in Los Angeles. DJoy is also a certified tennis official with US Tennis Association (USTA) and Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) in Southern California.
